Phil Chmieleski has been setting the standards for high-end waterfront-home construction in Southwest Florida since 1999. He has been a developer and builder, and has written articles and lectured on the industry throughout the region.
Phil first entered the construction industry in 1977, and then subsequently pursued a successful career in management in the financial services industry. Prior to moving to Sarasota in 1999, Phil was Senior Vice President and manager of the Chicago office for UBS Financial Services (then PaineWebber).
Phil is an avid participant in our community. He has served as board chairman for both the Sarasota Downtown Partnership and Sarasota University Club. He has also served on boards for the Sarasota Film Festival, Mote Marine Laboratory, Coalition of Business Associations and City Alliance. He is currently a member of the Sarasota Chamber’s Downtown Council.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut. He has completed the Securities Industry Association program at the Wharton School of Business, and is working on his MBA.
