Siesta Gallery House

This new home, located on Siesta Key, is a design-build project where we worked with none other than Frank Folsom Smith, one of the original members of the Sarasota School of Architecture. This house is designed with a classic sense of order and symmetry, which lends itself perfectly to type of 'gallery' home the owners were looking for. Mixing classic design with green building techniques, this project has achieved Florida Green Building Coalition Platinum Certification.
