MyGreenBuildings recently completed multiple additions and a whole-house facelift on a classic Florida bungalow. The additions included an over-sized living room, master-bedroom wing and a garage, all of which were designed to comply with the new hurricane code. In keeping with the traditional features of the original home, MyGreenBuildings provided wrap-around windows, multiple outdoor decks, exposed rafter tails with cypress T&G soffits and a metal roof. This waterfront retreat is a lovely example of how re-building and expanding an existing home can give our clients all the space and luxury they would expect from a new structure...for about half the cost.
