MyGreenBuildings recently served as general contractor for a 5,500 square-foot office buildout for Comprehensive Medpsych Systems, Inc., on the second floor at 1250 Medical Plaza in Sarasota. Going from raw shell to finished office in three months, the project included 28 individual offices, conference room, reception area, admin space, staff kitchen, two restrooms, and filing/storage areas. And it was on time and on budget. The client closed down their old offices on Friday, and reopened the following Monday, without missing a single day of operation.
