Currently Seeking:

We are currently seeking an experienced construction professional with strong estimating knowledge for an Estimating / Purchasing Manager position. We are looking for a veteran construction expert with a love of the industry who exudes professionalism and is a great team builder.  This is a hands-on,  very fast-paced position requiring a strong work ethic and internal drive for excellence along with meticulous administrative, communication and organizational skills.  

Responsibilities will include detailed take-off estimating, bid distribution, vendor estimate examination and negotiation, creation of project budgets and proposal writing, assistance with product and material specification research, purchase order creation, vendor relations, change order management and schedule creation. Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Project and Quick Books is required. Knowledge of Green products and the LEED design/build process is preferred.
