Construction of the main house began earlier this year.  The completed home is expected to receive a LEED certification.

The home design lives in harmony with the environment by clustering three buildings organized around landscaped and decked exterior spaces and is reminiscent of the kind of understated elegance that many beachfront home designs have long forgotten.   This home is all about quality and the “beachy” feeling you get from living along the waters edge.
